Parsons, Chartered Accountants is pleased to announce its role with supporting Kristian Sennett, owner and managing director of KSX Group with the successful acquisition of WT Building Services, a nationally recognised provider of ventilation ductwork.
Following the successful management buy-out of Elite Pacific – a leading provider of air conditioning, refrigeration, service and maintenance, surveys and installation services – in June 2025, Kristian is continuing to secure the company’s long-term future and start the next stage of growth.
Whilst operating Elite Pacific, Kristian has been working alongside WT Building Services on contracts including household name, McDonalds and this acquisition builds on a long-standing relationship between the companies.
The transition in ownership marks a positive new chapter for the company, as the former owners Steve Whiteleg and Dave Tattersall step back to allow new leadership to drive the next phase of growth. Building on the strong foundations already in place, Kristian is focused on expanding the KSX Group offering to deliver a more comprehensive package for customers. This will enable the company to continue to meet market demands, enhance service delivery and unlock new opportunities.
Acting on behalf of Kristian, Parsons Accountants provided comprehensive buy-side advisory services throughout the process – from early-stage planning and financial preparation through to completion. The engagement was led by Ian Parsons, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate Finance alongside Eliot Clark, Corporate Finance Manager at Parsons Accountants who worked closely with Kristian, the sellers and third parties to manage the sale including due diligence, deal negotiations and project management.
