Parsons Accountants advises on successful sale of Mediasterling

Mediasterling has entered a new chapter following the successful acquisition by Singletrack.

This acquisition builds on a long-standing partnership between the companies which started in 2012 and marks a significant milestone for the combined firm’s long-term growth strategy.

Based in London, Mediasterling has over 25 years’ experience implementing design-driven technology solutions for investment, banking and professional services.

James Travis, along with Roderic Lambert, former Directors at Mediasterling have played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and direction for many years, building the organisation into a trusted and accredited name in the industry, supporting clients to generate high-quality, branded content content via Microsoft platforms. Both have taken on new roles as Senior Vice Presidents at Singletrack.

James Travis, Senior Vice President commented: “I am immensely grateful to Ian and Eliot for the exceptional support they provided throughout our transaction. They demonstrated a level of dedication and expertise that far exceeded our expectations. They consistently went above and beyond at every stage of the process, providing the clear guidance we needed.

“It was a pleasure to work with them both and I would not hesitate to do so again. Their knowledge, ability to navigate complex issues, and above all, their endless patience, were very much appreciated.”

Acting on behalf of Mediasterling, Parsons Accountants provided comprehensive sell-side advisory services throughout the process – from early-stage planning and financial preparation through to completion. The engagement was led by Ian Parsons, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate Finance and Eliot Clark, Corporate Finance Manager who worked closely with third parties to prepare the business for sale, manage due diligence and negotiate key financial terms.

Eliot Clark commented: “With the continued involvement of James and Rod, I’m certain that there will be a smooth transition during this significant milestone leading to great new opportunities and synergies from working with Singletrack. It has been a pleasure to support James, Rod and Mediasterling in this next step of their respective journeys.”

The transaction positions Singletrack to accelerate its plans to lead capital markets into the AI era, delivering a comprehensive suite of client engagement products, third-party integrations and services.

Brijesh Malkan, CEO of Singletrack added: “Joining forces with Mediasterling represents an exciting step on our journey to lead capital markets into the AI era. We thank the team at Parsons for their professionalism in representing Mediasterling and working with our teams to complete the transaction, to create the only end to end client engagement platform in our industry.”

The combined firm will continue to provide high-quality services for its clients across the globe, combining AI first client engagement with expert content creation to transform how capital markets deliver advisory services.
